The CSM David W. Draughn Memorial Scholarship Fund awards scholarships annually to JROTC cadets. Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

• High school graduate with a 3.4 unweighted GPA

• Member of JROTC for a minimum of two years

• Completed at least 20 hours of verified community service (either in JROTC or some other organization)

• Participated on one of the extracurricular teams in JROTC (Color Guard, Raiders, Marksmanship, or Academic Team)

In addition to the above requirements, the candidate must submit the required application, a brief autobiography and a 500-word essay about your experience in JROTC.
