The CSM David W Draughn Memorial Scholarship Fund derives all scholarship funds from donations. All donations to the scholarship fund are used to award scholarships to well-deserving cadets from the Junior ROTC Thunderbolt Regiment comprised of four high schools - Vidalia Comprehensive High School, Treutlen County High School, Montgomery County High School and Toombs County High School.

Scholarships will be awarded annually.  Cadets wishing to apply for the scholarship must complete an application and write an essay.  The topic of the essay will change each year.

The CSM David W Draughn Memorial Scholarship Fund is a 501(c)3 charitable organization.  All contributions to the fund are tax deductible.
